Before beginning collaboration with Perfect Reality design studio, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our terms regarding the services we offer, project materials, feedback, payment, and other details. This ensures a smooth and productive workflow at all stages of your project.
At the start, the client discusses preliminary project details with our sales coordinator. Our highly skilled specialist provides a list of services our studio can perform. The client gives clear instructions regarding the services they are interested in. Once we understand your requirements, we provide a preliminary cost estimate and timeline for your project. For a more accurate estimate, clients may provide draft drawings, which our team will review in detail.
If the client agrees to the proposed cost and timeline, they confirm the brief with the sales coordinator, including a finalized list of services.
To begin work on your project as per the brief, the client must supply all necessary files. The required documents may vary depending on the chosen service:

All drawings must be of high quality, with clear dimensions and material descriptions.
To streamline the process, drawings should ideally be provided in .CAD format. However, we also accept drawings in .PDF, .JPG, or .PNG formats. If any drawings are unavailable, this should be discussed with the sales coordinator during the initial stages.
Once the client provides all necessary project materials, we begin work. We commit to delivering the first draft of images within the agreed timeframe, typically 7–10 days, depending on the selected service.
After receiving the first draft, the client has the right to point out any discrepancies or inaccuracies relative to the provided project materials. Additionally, the client is entitled to one round of revisions if the requested changes were not due to their initial instructions. Any further revisions will incur additional charges.
To ensure maximum productivity, clients are required to provide feedback within 48 hours of receiving any files or messages from us. Delayed feedback may result in additional charges.
The project is considered complete when the client is fully satisfied with the result. We guarantee an efficient and seamless workflow to deliver exceptional results.
Upon project completion, you will receive high-quality final files in formats such as .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, or .MP4 (depending on the chosen service).
After delivering the final files, our sales coordinator will issue an invoice for the agreed project cost, including any additional charges outlined in this agreement. Clients must settle the invoice within 48 hours of receipt. Until full payment is made, the client does not have the right to use the project files for marketing purposes.
